Booking Terms and Conditions To reserve your place on one of the tours organized by OOO “Kamchatka Travel Group Co. Ltd.” (Kamchatka Travel Group) and associated service providers you should complete the Booking Form and send it, together with a deposit to our office.
TOUR DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of $350 per person within 10 days of our written tentative confirmation. The balance of the tour price is payable in full to Kamchatka Travel Group no later than 45 days before departure. If a reservation is received within 45 days of commencement of travel, the entire amount is to be submitted at time of confirmation. Reservations received within 30 days of departure date may be subject to a non-refundable rush-booking fee of at least $30 per person to cover additional expenses incurred in expediting booking and documentation. This tour registration form must be fully completed, signed and submitted no later than final payment date.

The tour price is quoted as a package. Cancellation penalties apply to land arrangements only. Cancellations on air arrangements will be subject to penalties as imposed by the carrier. The Booking form and Booking terms and Conditions are not issued on behalf of, and do not commit any airline whose services are used or proposed to be used in the course of the tour. Such conveyance, etc., is subject to the laws of the countries involved. All tours, services, and transportation (other than air) are furnished by contractors that are independent and that do not act for or on behalf of the carrier, nor are servants of the same, and neither do they have any business relationship, as joint ventures or otherwise. Carrier liability for passenger's baggage is clearly stated on the passenger contract included on all tickets or can be found on file for inspection at the offices of the carrier. Liability for checked and unchecked baggage shall in no event exceed the actual loss incurred by the passenger, subject to proof of the amount of the loss. Refunds will not be made whatsoever, for any unused tour services including but not limited to accommodations, meals, internal flights or sightseeing. Any other refund claims must be made in writing to Kamchatka Travel Group within 30 days of tour termination. A statement from the tour operating company must accompany all claims. Kamchatka Travel Group cannot accept any liability for claims received after 30 days of tour termination.
PACKAGE PRICES
DELAY, CANCELLATION, ALTERATIONS TO TOURS AND ACCEPTANCE Kamchatka Travel Group and associated companies, reserve the right to alter any route or other arrangements; offer substitutes; or to completely cancel the whole or any portion of a tour, should conditions necessitate. The right is also reserved to decline the acceptance of any person as a member of a tour should the presence of that person be prejudicial to the good conduct of the tour, or be contrary to the prevailing laws of the country visited.
INSURANCE & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS In order to enjoy the tour passengers must generally be in good health. Therefore, it is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart or bronchial disorders, or if you are a severe asthmatic, or have high blood pressure, you are advised against participating. Tours generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Medical and evacuation expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Kamchatka Travel Group, and associated companies reserve the right to disqualify a tour participant at any time if, in the sole judgement of such entities, a tour participant is not deemed by them to be medically fit for travel. Such entities assume no liability regarding provision of medical care.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS and VISA REQUIREMENTS We provide an invitation to accompany the application for a visa after we get your signed Booking Form and tour deposit is on Kamchatka Travel Group bank account. You should send the fully completed and signed application for a visa, with three photographs, and two photocopies of Photo/signature pages from your passport to the nearest Russian consulate or Embassy. Check with them on the appropriate application fee. When you receive the visa please check the dates for entry and exit carefully, as well as the passport number. Before entering Russia you must complete a customs declaration form, where you must declare the amount of money you are bringing into the country, and any valuables. Please make sure to list any special equipment. If you are taking parcels for someone, you must have invoices and documentation in case the customs officials decide that this needs to be customs cleared. The declaration will be signed and stamped by a customs officer, and you may be asked to show this on your departure, along with your exit customs declaration.

PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY I confirm that I have read and understood the Booking Terms and Conditions prior to signing it. I waive any and all claims I may now and in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Kamchatka Travel Group and its officers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively its staff) for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in an adventure trip with Kamchatka a Travel Group. I am aware that your adventure trip in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which may include: physical exertion for which I may not be prepared; weather extreme subject to sudden and unexpected change; remoteness from normal medical services; evacuation difficulties if I am disabled. I accept all the inherent risks for the proposed adventure trip and the possibility of personal injury, death and property damage or loss resulting therefrom. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and the activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness Kamchatka Travel Group can,
at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service,
as Kamchatka Travel Group deems essential for my safety. |
